I saw this rose outside my window this morning and felt compelled to take a picture of it. I loved the contrast of the ripe rose against the cold, leafless trees. Winter is in full swing here on the east coast. I’m loving every minute of it.

I love this song. I had caught a second of it while it was playing on some TV show but I wasn’t able to track it down. Recently, I was with a friend and it started playing in his car. I realized how awesome this song is. The entire song is literally three chords yet the simplicity is what makes it so genuinely depressing. I also love the lyrics. They’re so simple yet so poignant. It’s a very honest song. I for one, LOVE depressing music, so I was very happy to be able to add a new song to my depression playlist. When I got home that night I YouTubed this song. Just when I thought it couldn’t get any MORE depressing— it did. In a BIG way. This video is amazing. Check it out.

I love Will & Grace. One of my favorite TV shows of all time. I was obsessed with this scene when I first saw it on the finale. I had never seen them both seriously sing on the show before so it was a very pleasant surprise. I’m in love with Megan Mullaley. I think what she did with the role of Karen was absolutely brilliant. The two of them are magic together. Karen & Jack are and will always be my favorite TV pair. Enjoy :)

Girl, Interrupted is one of my favorite movies of all time. I’m obsessed with Angelina Jolie’s character, Lisa. That role is one that I would absolutley LOVE to play. I’ve memorized almost all of her dialogue in this movie. Every time I watch it I am totally enamored by her performance. Enjoy these clips of Angelina as Lisa.
